It’s always great to see our trend predictions coming true, so when I read about Toronto’s new TA-ZE Premium Olive Oil store, it just confirmed our thoughts.

Designed by the guys behind WHotels, it looks more like a high end boutique or beauty store than deli.

As I learnt when I worked for the EU funded Olive Oil Information Bureau in my dim and distant past, olive oil is truly a liquid gold which has an amazing variety of flavors, subtlties and uses depending on where the olive oil originates from.

Just a shame they haven’t paid so much attention to their online prescence which is underwhelmingly designed.
