Experience: Creative Director for Marque Creative in NYC for 3 years (where I helped establish and run the New York studio). 15 years industry experience in fashion, restaurant, property and hotel sectors: (H&M, Superfine Jeans, Schrager Hotels, Haunch of Venison Gallery, Savills, Carluccio's, Delicatessen Restaurant, Space NK and The Refinery).

Memorable project moment: Being photographed by Terry Richardson at the launch party of Delicatessen restaurant in NYC.

A secret: I've won gold (and bronze) for Great Britain at the National Rowing Championships.

Out of the office: Obsessive single-speed cyclist - have built my own bike from scratch; fanatical about knitting, normally with about two or three projects on the go! Travelling is in my blood: born in Rio to both British and Norwegian parents; I have also lived in Holland, Hong Kong, Spain and the US. My next trip is to Beijing.
