



2003 – current
Kraft Foods was our very first client. We first worked
together to create a global NPD training course. The
course has been a great success, frequently ranking
as one of the highest scoring courses Kraft offers, with
over 400 people trained and five new products launched
(even though it’s a training course). Seven years and
many interesting countries later we continue to regularly
train Kraft staff around the world.
We’ve also helped Kraft with brand strategy and
positioning for chocolate brands Marabou and Freia
in Sweden and Norway. We worked alongside Ogilvy
who used the positioning to create new advertising
campaigns. We particularly love the farmer riding a cow
for Marabou in Sweden. We’ve dived into cheese NPD
for Dairylea and Sottilette, brand strategy and NPD for
Prince Biscuits and NPD for coffee across Europe.
A recent challenge has been on innovation in chocolate.
We can’t say too much just yet as it’s still top secret, but
Kraft Foods gave us the latitude to use breakthrough and
experimental research techniques, which has yielded
amazing results. One of the techniques involved culture
leaders and opinions formers, a loft apartment, a molecular
cuisine chef and the most forward thinking dinner party
you can imagine.
